How to make a wither tracing:

Obtain a 18" flexible curve from art supply store,
or a piece of or 1/4 inch copper tubing from a
hardware store. Both will bend easily and retain it's shape.
Place this over the wither as indicated with position "A". Adjust the curve until it perfectly reproduces the shape of the wither. Make sure you are behind the shoulders. Without changing the shape, place this on a sheet of paper that is large enough and trace the shape by following the inside shape of the wire: mark this as "A". Repeat the process for each position. The spacing between "A, B, C, D, E" on the picture of the horse represents 3 inches. Tracings can be mailed or faxed to 618-548-9722, but each need to be on separate 8.5 X 11 paper with name & phone number on each page. Put your horses name on each set of tracings. |
